Ok, thanks for the update, everything seemed to be working fine shortly after I posted my original message (on 6/05), albeit with an occasional hiccup here and there... But I've been able to download without a prob for the past 5-7 days or so, just to let you know....

BTW--Not to complain or anything, but I've noticed the throughput for downloading MPEGs here has decreased since the beginning of this month/end of last month--I used to obtain about 60-80 Kb a sec., now it's anywhere from 7-20 Kb/sec. Using the FreeCache links does help, though. I assume there's been a increase in traffic?

Yes, the downloads of the movies went up sharply (I dont know why) and so we put the movies on the same shared line as the audio files: hence the decrease in speed.

We are working on getting the freecache system to work well and be the dominant, fast, download system. Unfortunately it is not solid yet. Thank you for trying it, and commenting.
